2. Presentation of the GOLD Card is mandatory to avail of this offer.
3. Prior booking is essential to utilize this offer.
4. In the event of appointment cancellation, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required.
5. Offer validity is limited to Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
