The owner of Gold Health, Jessie Shi's mission to revolutionise wellness in New Zealand was born out of personal adversity. At the age of thirty, while happily married and six months pregnant, her life took a sudden turn. During a routine scan, she discovered a tumour larger than her baby's head surrounding her uterus. This led to emergency surgery to save her baby and remove the cancerous growth. Months of gruelling treatment followed, hindering her ability to bond with her daughter and marking the beginning of a long journey towards recovery.
Coming from a pharmaceutical background, Jessie realised that conventional medicine alone couldn't fully restore her well-being. She turned to the power of nature for healing but struggled to find reliable information and support. After years of researching and exploring various options, she regained her strength and connection to her family. Determined to help others lead healthier lives the natural way, she dedicated her life and passion to service through Gold Health.
