We have a new booking system that has just launched.
SuperGold Cardholders can continue to purchase their rail tickets via our Great Journeys New Zealand website.
When booking, each cardholder needs to click on the concession box (bottom right) and select SuperGold Card (please see screenshot above). This will apply the member discount.
On the day of travel at the Great Journeys New Zealand customer check in counter each cardholder needs to present their SuperGold card (or a screenshot of the card).
