- Pre-clean examination: Prior to your ear wax removal, we perform otoscopy and tympanometry to examine the structures of the ear and see how well your hearing system is working.
- Ear wax removal: Our full ear wax management services use a world leading ear cleaning soltuion.
- Post-clean examination: We perform a post-clean otoscopy and tympanometry to ensure your ears are clear and healthy, after the wax is removed.
- Follow-up and check-in: We will send you a follow-up email and are also available for a call to make sure everything is feeling better.
