In-Store Process

1. Visit your local JB Hi-Fi and select from the wide range of product in store.

2. Ask for a manager in the store and provide them the details of the item you are after.

3. Present your SuperGold card to validate you are part of our VIP program - Account Number #0010000055.

4. The manager will provide you a price in the store which will be valid for the day.

5. Complete your purchase.


JB ONLINE Process 

1. Have a look online at www.jbhifi.co.nz to view products. 

2. Collect the product details for the item you are after e.g. SKU, model number, URL 

3. Select Live Chat OR call 0800 524 434 to talk to one of our JB DIRECT team about your Mates Rates pricing and organize a digital basket. Once your Mates Rates code is verified, you will be able to transact remotely, with stock available for Click & Collect within the hour. We also have delivery options which include 90-minute Uber Delivery. Note - delivery will include an extra fee based on the item. 

4. Our team operate Monday to Wednesday 9am – 5pm & Thursday to Sunday until 9pm. Contacting us outside these hours will send the team an enquiry where we aim to get back to you within 1-2 business days. Please provide them with Account Number #0010000055.

5. All digital baskets have an expire time of 11:59PM the day they are sent to customer. All pricing is subject to change. The best price will be presented to you on the day - if you’ve seen it cheaper, we’ll look to match it!
