Got this for my mum for arthritis.  She used to have to wear a wrist support and was in constant pain.  Now no support and no pain.  Have recommended to so many people for arthritis and I get responses like 'Arthritis! what arthritis!' as they now have no aches or pains.  Brilliant stuff.
