Great news for some Hawke's Bay homeowners - you may be eligible for 50% - 100% OFF home insulation as part of EECA's Warmer Kiwi Homes insulation programme* and the Hawke's Bay Power Consumers Trust.
You may be eligible for 80% OFF insulation* if you:
- own and live in the home built before 2008, AND
- have a Community Services Card (CSC) or SuperGold combo card, OR
- are living in a home in an area identified as lower-income (NZ Deprivation Index 8, 9 or 10).
You may be eligible for 100% OFF insulation if you:
- own and live in the home which was built before 2008, AND
- the home is in Flaxmere, Maraenui, Whakatu, Camberley, Marewa and Napier South, AND
- are a Unison customer in the Hawke's Bay Power Consumers Trust region, AND
- have a Community Services Card (CSC) or SuperGold combo card, OR
