Personal training can be just what you need to maintain or regain mobility, increase strength, balance and flexibility, and feel wonderful!
5 x 30 minute training sessions only $100
5 x 45 minute training sessions only $150
I come to your home, I provide all the equipment, you just supply a space to exercise (your living room is usually fine)! No intimidating gyms or unfamiliar surroundings. A programme will be designed tailored to you and your specific medical needs and health goals.

Terms and Exclusions
*payment for the 5 sessions required at or before the first session. As with all good tailored exercise programmes there is a start-up session to evaluate your needs and to allow me to prepare an appropriate programme before the 5 paid sessions starts. There is no charge for the start-up session. Sessions outside of Rotorua will be subject to an additional charge - please enquire.
